Have you checked out Enzoani threads? They do a great fit and flare dress (can’t remember style number or name) that comes with a kind of blingy belt, but you could swap it out for something even “blingier”.  The lace in person is gorgeous and very fine (I hate cheap looking wide set lace) and the tulle underneath is similar gorgeous.

You could also check out Pronovias. They do gorgeous lace gowns.

Another thread was just talking about the Allure 8769

Allure has quite a few with bling, tulle, and lacey appliques

Here is my original dress that I bought by Mia Solano that fits your requirements.

But I would check out Mia Solano, Maggie Sottero and Sophia Tolli for mid priced gowns

Lazaro and Lian Carlo if you have a higher budget

Love the Maggie dress you posted, she makes great combos of all the things you posted – my fave is Anniston, mine was basically an A-line version this dress! The Ivandra is also very pretty.

Maggie stole my heart with Ivandra…she is just absolutely Breath Taking! It has the lace, tule, fit & flare and that sparkle the beading gives off is gorgeous. It was truly love at first sight lol. Good Luck!!

I was the same way ~ I wanted lace but with something extra, bling, sweetheart neckline and a mermiad. Mori Lee (Julietta) 3111 is breathtaking. The pictures online do it no justice ~ it is GORGEOUS! You should consider checking it out ๐Ÿ™‚
