Hi Bees! You’re all great at this, so I thought I’d ask you for some input. I recently went and tried on some dresses and these four were the ones I liked the best. They’re all so different, though! Anyone willing to share thoughts/opinions? Do you think any of these are “the one”? Any help is appreciated!
ETA: Our wedding ceremony is going to be in the courtyard garden at a historic mansion and our reception is going to be at a restaurant located in an older building downtown (think high ceilings, exposed brick walls). We’re having around 150 people and wanting a classy, elegant feel.

I love dress 1 and dress 2. 2 is just so classic, and 1 gives you a great shape!!

What kind of wedding are you having and what kind of look are you wanting to go for? Honestly you have an amazing figure, any of those could be the one, but if you don’t get that feeling about any of them, I would keep looking.

These all are really nice dresses. A little more information might help– what kind of venue is your wedding at and what kind of theme or feel are you going for.

dress number 2 is beautiful! love it on you!

I typically am not a huge fan of ballgowns, but #2 looks amazing on you! Your waist looks teensy tiny!

I think they all look good on you, but none of them are “wow”ing me.

I said keep looking. If you are asking us which one is “the one” and you don’t feel it, then none of them are 🙁

I voted 2, but I love number 4 just as much. Beautiful!

I’ll tell you what, I scrolled down and gasped at #1, but then I kept scrolling to #2, and just KNOW that you have to pick #2 for your venue! So elegant and classy, and just stunning!!

Thanks for your comments, ladies! I really do love dress 2 and think it is the most flattering on me, but I was afraid that was the one people would pick 🙂 I showed these pictures to one of my friends who is also engaged and her reaction to #2 was that she had “already picked out that dress” for herself. However, she hasn’t actually tried it on and doesn’t have a wedding date set yet (even though she’s been engaged for over a year). This could be a whole other thread in itself, but would I be a horrible person if I picked that one?
@Lyndzo: I know most girls know which one is “the one” when they try it on, but I’m a terribly indecisive person and didn’t have anyone with me when I tried these on. My mom and bridesmaids all live thousands of miles away so I didn’t get much feedback!

Please don’t let your friend sway your decision. So what if she’s ‘already picked out that dress’. Tell her that you both have great taste, and rock the dress.
I personally picked dress 1, becuase I think it screams elegant and fits your venue best.

I personally, really LOVE dress 2. I am normally not a ruffles type of person, but it looks fabulous on you. It really complements your shape!
