I realllly, like this dress. I love the idea of removing a sleeve. But, would there be any way to keep the black lace top, but remove the black ribbon at the bottom? You could either remove it entirely, or change it to an ivory one? I think, at least In My Humble Opinion, that would really make the dress more wearable for your wedding, and hopefully you would still love it. Whatever you choose, I hope you LOVE it!! 🙂

The bride can never be overdressed at her own wedding! I think the black would look awesome with ivory! If you wore your hair down it would give it a slightly more casual feel too! 🙂

I think this dress is beautiful and really different. If this is your style, definetely go for it! I agree with a PP, the bride can never be overdressed. If you do want it to look a bit less “dressed up” you could do a black bird cage veil instead of a long veil.
