So, it’s not exactly right, but here’s a link for a dress similar to what you describe, just missing the lace overlay:

Unfortunately, she’s not in your area, but she CAN make custom dresses, and from the looks of it she’s pretty cheap – under $900 for a custom! Perhaps she could custom her dress with lace overlay? (I don’t actually have experience with her, but I’m seriously considering one of her tea length dresses for myself – they’re so hard to find!)
