here are some very blurry pics of me in my dress (casablanca 1914)… if you were me would you wear a necklace with it? I do have rather large earrings (Im wearing them in the pics), and I have a cocktail ring and bracelet. I’ll have a veil for the ceremony, and flowers in my hair. Would a necklace be overkill or is it necessary to cover the blank space between my noggin and my chest? Thanks!

I would definitely wear a necklace. You look beautiful! I little extra bling never hurts!

I do think a necklace would look great with that dress! But if you can’t find one in time, don’t worry…you look awesome as is in the pics.

I would DEFINETLY NOT!!!! wear a necklace. Less is always more. I see so many brides look like a big blingy mess and it takes away from their beauty and the dress’s beauty. Trust me I intern as a wedding planner and you will more then likely be happier if you do not wear one.
Unless you loose the big earrings and do small ones with a dainty necklace, then it would look acceptable.
.PS. Beautiful gown! Congrats!!

I think a necklace would look great but I would swing more to some longish crystal or pearl earrings. that way when you take the veil off for the reception you have bling on top still and the dress bling…???

I say go for it, but keep it somewhat simple. A little sparkly drop maybe?

I agree with the above! Your veil is gorgeous.

You look gorgeous. I would not wear a necklace. It will take too much away from the beauty of your dress and already fantastic neckline.
