Kind of a tough one. I think making it sleeveless would help.

I was considering renting that dress from rent the runway for my engagement session. I like it, and I don’t think you look frumpy.

That is a gorgeous, cool dress! So boho style! In my opinion, it’s seems to clearly lack a belt/sash of some type. Putting one I think right at the vertical line right below your bust would do wonders. Something like this or whatever fits your style.

It’s beautiful and you look great! I’d love to see it with some booties and bracelets

First off the dress is really pretty and I don’t think you look frumpy at all!

However, if you do want to modify it, I think part of the issue is that where the bust meets the waistline isn’t hitting you where your bust meets you waits.  Maybe you could use some fabric tape to secure the bust properly and wear a bra that doesn’t have much padding but still provides some lift so that the dress hits you on the right part of your body.  Haha or you could try the Karashian method of taping them up, but I think that would make for a painful wedding night :P.

letterstolove :  I agree!! A belt would be cute, of because it’s the boho vintage style, maybe try accessorizing it with a flower head band of some sorts?

bibber : I agree making it sleeveless could be really cute.  Maybe OP if you cut off the sleeves you could use a bt of the leftover fabric to tie the top of the straps to acieve a look similar to this dress http://www.azazie.com/products/azazie-jayla-bridesmaid-dress?color=ink-blue

I have to agree with kaytee. Its not that anything is wrong with the dress but you don’t seem to care for it much and even your posture in the pic makes it look as if you aren’t comfortable with the choice. Is it possible to get another one?

I’d pair that dress with some statement heels and bangles upon bangles.  But if you aren’t into the dress then look into other options, theres plenty out there.

It’s a gorgeous dress and really lovely for a court house wedding! I think the photo angle is making it look a little off here – but def get a great push up bra.

What we’re you thinking for your hair? You could def do a flower crown or other boho style head piece. Are you doing heels? They can sometimes give an outfit a different look (once your elevated, lol)

I’m also having a courthouse wedding in dec, so pleased to see another courthouse outfit, please share  your final look! I’m going with seperates – short structured skirt with a simple top.

It’s just the final touches you need to complete your look – you’ll look and feel amazing! 🙂

A nice push up bra like pp suggested and a belt! A nice beige/light gold wrap belt would be a great complement/belt you tie up on the side. Bring the dress to a wedding shop and they can help you pick out the perfect statement belt and some bracelets etc.  Just needs to be blinged out a bit.
