They don’t need to match. The exception would be if the bride’s dress/gown is short, the bridesmaids’ should be, too.

I really like the flowy strapless dress and I think your Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses will complement that one better, but they definitely won’t look bad with the other dress.

I don’t think they need to match. Get the dress you love. I wouldnt even consider having it match he Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses. the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses would really go with any wedding dress.

Matching is a thing of the past! Get the lace dress…it’s beautiful! Even if you would’ve chosen your dress 1st, I think that you chose 5he right material to go with lace. You wouldn’t have wanted lace bridesmaids dresses because they would take away from yours..plus the chances that the laces matched are slim. You wouldn’t want a satin dress with your lace because it’s too heavy & shiny. So the flowy bridesmaids dresses with a lace wedding dress would’ve been the way to go anyways. Both dresses that you like are pretty, but the lace dress has a wow factor. The off the shoulder sleeves are hottt! The strapless dress looks too similar to a bridesmaids dress. It’s just not as special. Oh good so we’ve decided on the all lace dress for you then. You’re going to look stunning! 🙂

☆if I was one of your bridesmaids, I’d probably choose dress 1…but would want to try that 1, #2, & #3, just to be sure!

It all looks great! I think soft flowy Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses will be gorgeous with your lace dress.

If you want more reassurances, look on pinterest. Lots of flowy dresses with bridal lace 🙂

Your dress doesn’t have to match, go with whatever you love the most!

I wore a fit and flare dress in organza. My bridesmaids each wore a different fabric (and silhouette). We had one in chiffon, one in satin, and one in lace. I think it looked great.

I love the lace dress and I personally wouldn’t want to be too matchy with my bridesmaids. But it’s a personal preference and you should get the dress that you feel best in!

The lace dress is my dress and I love it!! Just saying. Pictures don’t do it justice if you get it in the champagne/ivory, because then you can see all the layers and there’s so much depth to it.

So… a little biased. But still.

No need to match. Pick the dress you like best! I personally like the fitted lace.

I don’t think they need to match to the point where it dictates your wedding dress. Either of those options would looke fine with your Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses. Obviously though, the second one would tie in a bit better. It’s also my favourite though, the detail on the top looks really pretty and you notice it because it isn’t all over the dress. I don’t notice the details of the lace dress because there’s so much of it. Just my opinion though.

I don’t think they need to match exactly. My dress is strapless and all over lace, whilst my bridesmaids are wearing a knee-length illusion neckline dress with a tulle overlay on the skirt. I think they look great together. I think your bridesmaids dresses would look lovely with either dress option, so if you love the lace then go for it!

They don’t need to match. I think either one of those would go with their dresses. When I first read the post I thought it was going to be about the wedding dress being a whilte or ivory version of the bridesmaid dress (which I’ve actually seen done well… or a whilte/ivory version that’s long while the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses are the same, just a different color and short). At the same time, it doesn’t matter. All of those look great 🙂
