Ok, so I am looking for a dress on the cheap! I am the one footing the bill for this wedding and can’t bring myself to spend more then $500 on a dress that I am only going to wear for five hours, I’d rather be able to pay morgage.
So I have been hunting online and have so far found:
http://www.oncewed.com – they have a used wedding dress board
http://www.yourdreamdress.com – they carry great brands!
What websites have you found?!

I don’t know if you’ve already considered this, but I would still going into a store with a large selection (David’s Bridal, maybe?) and try on a variety of dresses to get a feel for sizing and whta styles you like when they are actually on you. I don’t know of other websites, but I do know I was surprised about what I liked online and what I liked actually on! Good luck!

I ordered my Watters dress from Netbride.com. They were really great and I saved a lot of money on my dress. They sell real designer dresses at a discount – they aren’t knock-off dresses.

I agree, I REFUSE to spend more than 500 on my gown! I just think it is crazy! They all are beautiful!

Has anyone heard of or bought from ubride.com? I’ve seen a few dresses that I like but not sure of the sellers.

Check out WeddingBee’s classifieds, too, there are some beautiful gowns up there! OnceWed is my favorite, though. You can also search on Ebay, but be sure you buy from a reputable seller and that it’s not just a knock-off dress from China (unless you’ve seen the actual dress.)

I bought mine from bridepower.com. I was really happy with it! But I definitely recommend trying gowns on in a store first.
