#3 by a LONG shot. None of the other dresses compare. Theres something about the fit of it. Your posture just looks better in this dress, like your more confident. I think the bling has a lot to do with it too! It makes it look so much more bridal. And I’m partial to the beading under the bust. My dress has that too 🙂 You look beautiful!

@FauxBoho: thanks so much! It’s not that I don’t want sleeves, it’s just that I don’t want to pick a dress because it has sleeves ovealone without. My mom and aunt are very into finding one with sleeves because they say everyone these days wears strapless. But I don’t want to rule out strapless just for that reason. Thanks for your lovely complements, it definitely was an amazing fit on this dress!

That third dress really makes you look dazzling! The other dresses seem to tack on more weight (Not that you’re large by any means) but the fit of that third dress is gorgeous on you.

@spotted_giraffe: Ha ha! I always vote and then look and as usual I picked something different! I loved option 4… Love the lace at the top and the back. I think 3 is lovely too though not enough pics to judge. I think the only one that doesn’t flatter you is 2. 1 is lovely but I love the lace at the top of the last two. Best of luck with the final decision and make sure you let us know!

@spotted_giraffe: I love your bridal style! Lacey, full skirt, dropped waists are my favorite. It seems that style more so than the sheat. The bees LOVE fitted lace dresses, especially with sleeves. Be sure to follow YOUR heart, not a poll on a website! You can’t go wrong with any of these. You look stunning. 🙂
Plus, I think a lot of bees think you look best in #3 because you’re standing at a super flattering angle instead of straight forward.

3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 !!!!!!!!!!! Holy Cow that gown was made for you! DO IT!

I think #3 is a silhouette that is “in” right now, and you do look great in it, but for my personal taste, #1 just looks so classic and feminine. The top on #3 reminds me oddly of a V-neck t-shirt.
I think you’ll be lovely in whatever you choose, but again, for my taste, #1 looks most classically bridal.

The shape of #3 looks by far the best on you and it meets most of your criteria but there’s something about the way the top is done that I’m not a fan of.. Maybe it’s the way the sheer parts meet the opaque parts that I just don’t like. So I voted for #2 as the fit is perfect and it’s really pretty. But I’d you could find a similar gown to #3 I’d pick that. I probably should have voted to keep looking, oops sorry!

DEFINITELY #3 …i litterally said WOW when i scrolled down to that one….that dress is in its own league compared to the others!!!

Hands down, without question, dress #3! It’s spectacular on you! (And it’s not too blingly.)

@spotted_giraffe: to answer ur question about what is the different between 3 and 4..and here are the reasons i think 3 is better:
Skirt – The tulle adds extra weight to the bottom and almost cheapens the look. I actually am not a fan of lace like most of the BEEs but i prefer the lace skirt on #3. Also the skirt in #4 breaks at the knees and does not elongate u as much as #3.
Neckline – The square neckline on #3 makes u look broader in the shoulders and flattens your chest (sorry but ur boobs like very small in this dress). whereas the V-neck makes ur neck look longer and flatters ur chest more.
Bodice – there are strange diagonal lines going thru the bodice of dress 4 which looks odd and cheap. the bodice of #3 is more flattering with the empire beading jus under the chest.
overall i think 4 looks dated and 3 looks more youthful and sassy.
this is my opinion, but at the end of the day u have to go with what u love!

@spotted_giraffe: I just went back to read your updated post asking why so many of us chose dress #3 over dress #4. I don’t know if I’m speaking for others or just myself, but here is my analysis of this choice:
Dress #3, with its overall lace and bling is incredibly elegant and beautiful. The additional bling at the bust stands out but only enhances the overall look of the dress. NONE of the design elements of this dress — including the cap sleeves; beautiful, V-neck; all-over lace with bling; and the bling under the bust — competes with any other element. The design is gorgeous, cohesive, and very well executed.
Dress #4 has a LOT going on, and some of the individual design elements — lace-edged, sweetheart neckline; cap sleeves; diagonal ruching/tiers/pleating (I can’t really tell from the pic which it is); ragged-edged, scattered lace over a contrasting, tulle bottom, etc. — compete with, rather than complement, each other.
Although some of these elements are beautiful on their own and are very successfully combined in other ways on other dresses, this particular combination and execution, to me, does not result in nearly as smooth, cohesive, and beautiful a garment as dress #3.
I hope that explanation is helpful! 🙂

@Brielle: you ladies rock! Thanks for your detailed reasoning. I think that 4 has all the elements that I like, but 3 works better as a dress overall. I need to give myself some time to digest all these styles and really think about what I want my bridal look to be, but I certainly see why everyone loves 3 so much! It’s just a little different than what I thought I would like!

I am so in love with all 4 of them on you!!! I voted for dress 4 but it really was a tie between 3 and 4. But then I went back and read that your venue is a ballroom, so I definitely think dress 3 is soooooo fitting for that venue.
I, too, hated all the bling and beading on wedding dresses but found that the bling helps the dress stand out so much better in pics. Dress 4 is lovely but I think it’s better for an outdoor, rustic ceremony with all the lace.
And I absolutely love the sleeves!!!!
