Some of you may remember me from a previous post…
I’m still on a mission to find the dress… Would love your feedback on these two!
1) Monique Lhuillier with/without belt
2) Melissa Sweet for Priscilla of Boston tiered, beaded
As always, I appreciate your comments and candor.

I love the ML WITH the belt! So lovely on you!

You look great in both, but I would choose the Monique Lhuillier dress. I stood on the same platform area in Kleinfelds during my appointment Good luck!!!

Monique Lhuillier, hands down. The dropped waist flatters you so well! Its even making me start having dress regret.. again.
I personally like it better without the belt, but it would go well if you’re having an indoor/church ceremony.

I’m the first to say the second gown! I actually pefer the second dress, by Melissa Sweet with the tiers, you look amazing in it, soft, flowing, simply classic and beautiful.
Good luck with your choice you will be a beautiful bride no matter what.

I just wanted to ask a clarifying question. I thought that you ideally wanted a fuller skirt. Did you change your mind about that?

Belt** oops damn iPad lol

@Brielle: great question. yes, i thought that’s what i wanted, but after i went and tried on loads of dresses with big skirts, i realized that what i wanted was something that flattered me, and none of the dresses with big skirts did that. they kind of swallowed me up. i love the look of the fuller skirts but i don’t think i can pull them off. so back to the sleeker silhouettes i went.
what do you think?
