@mspanda13:  hey. I ordered my ML in March 2012 and recv’d it mid-June 2012..should only take 3 months though they told me 4-6 months..maybe you’ll get it soon enough–which is your dress?

I would be worried. My bridal dress shop did not tell me when my dress came in because they were heading toward filing for bankruptcy. When they did notify me it was because the salon had gone under and I had to pay off the outstanding balance on my Maggie + outrageous shipping fees to get it from their warehouse distributor immediately. I think this is one of those situations where you are absolutely within your rights to make a real pain of yourself until you get a response you are satisfied with (meaning your dress in your hands). Don’t let them give you the run around.

you arent over reacting this is your wedding dress its expensive and you need it!

Speak to the shop and express your concerns ask for an exact date and I would ask for a discount on the final payment because its stressful. Its bad customer service! but I think it’ll be alreight on the night!

@mspanda13:  i would be worried not because its late, but because they keep pushing it back.  Many dresses get ordered within the same time frame so it can back up but not to the point where it gets delayed a month everytime you call.

A couple weeks I can understand. I don’t understand a couple months late. That’s almost double the expected wait. The fact that the number keeps changing is the most worrying part. You need to be sure that the date of arrival doesn’t move from where it’s at.
