Is there time to let it out?

Frankly, I would eat no sugar and drink ONLY water. Stay away from carbs!!!

I’ve been on my diet for 6 days with only wheat prodcuts, meat, no sugar and only water. Greens and veggies of course, and the pants I was unable to fit into I can not wear.

Sugar is the killer. I’ve also noticed I’m not as tired since I stayed away from sugar.

Good luck and keep us posted!

low fat protien and veggies lol  sorry, I lied  I was allowed to have 2 servings of healthy fats a day so I used that for either cooking the meat or salad dressing

All you need to do is no salt/no starch/no sugar. Lots of water, but not more then usual. Be really strict about it and you will fit in your dress for sure.

Drink NO LESS than a gallon of water a day and you’ll be golden!  Enjoy this time…it will all work out ;o)

Sometimes weight gain can be hormonal. Often times women gain a few pounds due to water retention usually right before your period. If this is the case, it will go away by the wedding. But yea, if I were you, I’d be doing what everyone says and avoiding salt (which also makes you retain water) drinking fluids, etc until the wedding where you don’t worry about a thing and havea blast.

@anonymous678:  Awwww the sweatpants commment is so cute! That’s adorable. I’m glad you dropped some bloat. I’m sure you ate a lot of salty/carb/alcohol things while there, so no worries! 🙂 Keep up the good work and I’m sure you will be a beautiful bride regardless!!
