Just 3 months to go and I had to go and try on dresses again!!
I just can’t get past the dropped waist on mine! Fell in love with a Casablanca dress in champagne(Its too late to order a dress now, so I could only try on sample gowns). Also, I liked another ballgown in white but I have no idea who the designer is. What do you bees think? Should I go with one of the gowns I tried on yesterday or stick with my original AA dress? Sorry about the crappy cell phone pics!

I really love the Casablanca! I’m not a huge fan of the dropped waist dresses.

I love the Casablanca as well! The dropped waist isn’t bad, but you can pull off a beautiful normal waisted dress so go for it! But maybe I’m just jealous that I had to go the drop waist route because my waist is so darned short :-P.

I’ve gone for a dropped waist and I love it but if its an honest opinion you are looking for I have to say that while it looks nice on you, the other two are stunning. The middle one is my favourite.

It seems like you’re wanting something with a fuller skirt? It looks like yours would be great with a crinoline underneath. Maybe you should try that before you buy a new dress? I’m guessing it would be really pretty.

I think the Casablanca looks the best on you, but the first one isn’t bad either!

The Casablanca looks fabulous on you!

Casablanca, no question. I do think the AA looks a bit dated.

Thank you all so much for your honest opinions 🙂
@jo.lee : I tried on my dress with a crinoline underneath when I first bought it. I guess it’s a good idea to go back to the AA store and try it on again with the crinoline. But, the dropped waist bothers me too much!

I love the Casablanca–it’s such a classic design! It’s very flattering on you, too.

the casablanca is gorgeous on you! are you sure you can get it in time for your wedding?

@kitzy: Thanks! 🙂 It’s a sample gown on sale and doesn’t need any alterations except for the bustle. I almost bought it yesterday, but wanted to think it over and get some more opinions before paying for another dress!

I really like your orignal dress but if your not happy I would get a dress you love.
