Without a doubt WedClean!  They have been a pleasure to work with and the communication with them is wonderful.  They assign you someone from their company to correspond wtih through e-mail about everything.  My girl e-mailed me when they got the dress, what they couldn’t get out of my dress & why, and other stuff like that.

I wouldn’t let one unhappy customer deter you from WedClean.  Most of the people who have posted here about WedClean (myself included) have had very good experiences with them.

@Niki: I have to say this "one unhappy customer" doesn’t appreciate the way you worded your comment.  I was just trying to warn her and anyone else for that matter.  I’m glad that your dress cleaning ended up being a great experience for you, but put yourself in someone else’s shoes and think about how you would feel if it was your dress that had been ruined.  I may not be in the majority with my feelings, but I’m also not the only one.

Lillindy, I stand by what I said, you put quotes around my words making them a bigger deal than they are.  I simply meant what I said, that "most" people have found their services satisfactory, but even you should can understand that one bad review doesn’t mean someone should exclude a company from their search.  I am very sorry that your dress was ruined, and I really mean that!  It pained me to read about your silk dress, and yes, I would be heartbroken, but the original poster should be able to read about both of our experiences.  I hope you can find someone to fix your dress, I know how much mine means to me.

Niki,

Thank you for addressing what you wrote and I’m not trying to make a bigger deal than what it is about of what you said.  I also thank you for your sympathy.

I don’t think a bad review should necessarily exclude a company from someone’s search, but the point I was especially trying to make was that when everthing was all hearts and flowers the company was great to work with.  But, once there was a problem, then all of a sudden they just write you off and you can’t seem to get ahold of anyone to help you.  The feeling they’ve given me is that they got their money and they could just care less about the problem and how heart broken it makes me.  The poor customer treatment is what I’m especially trying to stress.  Everyone makes mistakes, but their non-attempt to remedy the situation is what’s really saddening.  Had they stained my dress, owned up to it, and worked with me on the situation I would love to be able to say they made a mistake, but were so wonderful that they moved heaven and earth to please their client and come up with a solution that works for everyone.  It’s up to each individual if they would like to take their chances, but I would hope my situation would make them think extra carefully about whether or not they are willing to take that gamble with their dress.
