I think your dress is very bridal! It’s funny you ask that because when I was asking my Fiance what styles he likes for wedding dresses he repsonded with “the traditional style” and pointed to an A-line…
While I love “fitted” gowns, they just didn’t look right on me and even if they did, I knew I wouldn’t have been comfortable about an hour into my wedding. My dress is an A-line and I love that I don’t feel confined.

I think its super pretty and elegant. My own dress is a slim a line. They’re so flattering on all body types. You’re dress is timeless, there’s too many out there right now that are so trendy, people will look back years from now about be like “Seriously, feathers, what was I thinking?!?!” You won’t have any of that.

Your dress is so pretty! You definitely will not regret it later in life when you show off pictures of your wedding!
I had a natural waist ball gown and I loved it! As my dad said, “you don’t need a tight dress to show iff your shape”.

I would say it’s still close to 50/50 on the dress styles brides are choosing. There are still plenty of full skirt dresses out there.
THAT dress is stunning because it is so graceful and feminine on your frame. You picked well.
Everyone will have something different to say. A lines are boring, ballgowns are overpowering, trumpets are unforgiving, fitted dresses look like feather dusters, sleeved dresses white-overload the bride, etc etc. But it’s good that brides choose different styles. Imagine how boring it would be if every bride was wearing the same style! Don’t let trendy get in the way of wearing the dress that makes you feel beautiful.
