@aicila:  You look great! Im Working to be where you are and i dont consider myself “full figured”. I had to order my dress in a 16 and im a 10 in jeans. She was probably just jealous.. Lol I think you look very nice in the dress!

While I don’t tihnk it was needed for her to say ‘full figured’, I don’t tihnk she was trying to be rude about your figure either…but not something smart to say in her field. Your dress looks great on you though, I wouldn’t worry about it at all.

@aicila:  dress sizes are very different from normal sizes…doesn’t make sense to me but it’s true…I normally am a size 1-3 but wear a 6-8 in dresses

Your dress looks beautiful, and you are a very pretty girl! Don’t worry! If she was surprised, I’m sure she didn’t say that to intentionally upset you. I would say-keep the dress! It is super flattering!

aicila: I saw the dress and its GORGEOUS!!! The only thing “full figured” about you are your boobs, which look great with the sweethert neckline. Your thin, and have an amazing shape—not everyone can pull off that trumpet style. 🙂

That consultant was an IDIOT. You chose an amazing gown.

P.s–who is the dress designer?

@aicila:  You look AMAZING, and the dress is to die for!  You can add some modern touches if you like to make it yours, but it looks like it was made for you!

It sounds like it was going to be an emotional day anyway, and that lady didn’t help.  Please try to ignore what she said.  That dress is meant to be worn by someone who has a figure– and you do!  If a “full figure” looks like Marilyn, then that’s what beautiful looks like.  And damn, you are rocking that dress.

Holy CRAP that dress is freaking fantastic!! I’m not sure if I caught all of your updates, what designer/style is it? I LOVE it! I seriously said “shit, if she doesn’t want it I’ll take it!” haha I’m sorry your consultant was ridiculous but you definitely chose the right dress!
