I got my alfred angelo dress at a “dash down the aisle” sale event for $98!! I was so excited about the price and the dress that I bought it without thinking too much.
Now, I am second guessing my choice. I have posted a few pictures of me in the dress. What do y’all think?? My main concern is the dropped waist. Should I go for a higher waist A-line or ballgown dress or just stick with this? Also, it doesn’t need any alterations except for adding the bustle. But, since it was a sample I need to get it dry cleaned and steamed.
. Pleeease let me know your thoughts!

I’m an AA bride myself. But, honey, this dress is gorgeous!!!! I mean, it really depends on how you feel in it – that’s the bottom line. But, from my eyes, I said “wow” while I’ll scrolled down and looked at it!!!
I don’t see any alterations that need to be done, but this is a picture, so you definitely want to base it on how you feel in the dress.
I’ve always said it, when you find your dress – if you keep looking, you will always find something that you like better. But, it never becomes a set decision, it becomes a “is it better than my dress?” decision. And that’s just because we all want the “perfect gown”. 🙂 Keep that in mind, and if you still get the feeling of “I look gorgeous in this dress” – then its the one. lol Good luck!

There are SOOOOO many options, it’s kind of a letdown once you actually make a choice, because there are always going to be more “could have maybe beens” out there. My advice, stop looking at dresses. You found a gorgeous dress for an amazing price and you’re going to feel amazing wearing it on your wedding day.

I love that dress! The details are beautiful! I would keep it the way it is, you can’t beat that price!

Your dress is super gorgeous. I agree that you should love your dress, but I also think that you have to give it a fair chance :). Spend a week looking at it with the thought that it’s your dress and imagine yourself going down the aisle in it. If you still don’t like that thought after you give it awhile, maybe you should try another one.

I love it! Beautiful! I understand where you’re coming from on the dropped waist because I had similar concerns with my dress but trust me, it’s stunning!
