Thank you all so much for your lovely words of advice!! You all made me feel so much more confident in my original dres. I went back to the bridal store today with my actually dress to try the jacket on and felt so much better. I didnt even have the other dress pulled off the rack. Now I just need to find a dainty necklace 🙂

Your dress is so lovely and enhancing your beauty so much 🙂 I think dresses that are more plain like yours usually look better in pictures, too!

That is a very sweet little jacket, beautifully shaped and suits the dress very well.
Do make sure the dress is is well fitted in the bust though , in the first pic it is way too low and even in the second looks like it needs a bit of a hike. I wonder if you are not pulling it up properly because you fear it may make the dress a tad short ?

I did ask the girl at the bridal shop about the bust and she suggested a corset. The dress does fall down about 1/2 an inch after I wear it for a few minutes. The corset definitely helped, it was almost impossible to get the dress on with it. I’ll either get it or have it taken in more if possible.

I think you look so elegant in your original dress! It’s almost as if it was made for you. I love the top part. Do you have any more pictures?
