You look beautiful in that dress!
I tired on a very similar dress, (I am 5’3, weigh 110, and stick figured) and it looked horrible. You need what you got to pull of this look, consider yourself lucky! Of course grass is always greener on the other side 🙂

Thanks ladies! My dress is at home and i did get to try it on again after i got my shoes in! I am in love with it and so glad I stuck to my guns. The dress really does hug my curves but I love it and feel beautiful in it. And my man loves my curves so I know he will love the dress too!
Now I am thinking of changing out the sash and wearing the flower in my hair but I have time to figure that all out 🙂

You look beautiful in that dress – do what you want to do – you are the one who will be wearing it! Good luck x

Wow I had somewhat the same situation with the same dress. I bought a dress at David’s Bridal feeling pressured from my mom and had regret so I tried this dress on again and knew it was it and have since returned the other one for this one. It’s a beautiful dress and obviously it is what you want so I’m happy for you! Keep it!

@HollyT: OMG this is beautiful! Your mom wants to be SO INVOVLED that its actually counterproductive to this being YOUR WEDDING with YOUR TASTE in dresses and you are the one who loves it and will be wearing it so well done to you for following your heart and switching!
Gently tell your mom that you love her and her opinion means the world to you but you had to follow your heart and switch back to it… and if she loves you, she will understand..
