It has a slight A-line. Also, if you like the dress… who cares what is ‘recommended’ for your shape? Wear what you like!

It is definitely A-line (see how the skirt is more narrow towards your waist and then, like the letter A, is more full towards the bottom).

This is a sheath. Very different and, as I am majorly pear shaped, am practically allergic to these types of dresses.

JMO, but I think it looks gorgesous on you.

@Cleighnj:  it’s definitely a-line or sometimes they call it modified a-line because it’s fitted a little lower in the waist/hip than a typical a-line. You can tell it looks great on you even in the sample that is supposedly too small. So don’t worry what they call it =). I still love the organza with the flowers though, but I prefer organza generally so I’m biased.
