(Closed) Dress remorse, alterations or return?

  • poll: What should I do?

Wait for final results on 1st dress, return 2nd dress

Keep 2nd dress with pick ups

Keep 2nd dress, remove pick ups

Return 2nd dress, wait until a better dress shows up

I like the first dress on you but I’ll take off the sleeve And have the skirt more slim fitting. Don’t like the pick ups on the second dress

2nd dress is beautiful, and you look amazing!

Something about the orange-y red color and single sleeve of the first dress screams 80s to me. The second dress is much sexier and emphazises your curves, no wonder your Fiance loved it. I don’t know what a pick up is, but I vote for the second dress as-is. Plus, I think it would be hard to accessorize the first dress, where a big ass diamond necklace would look awesome with the second.

eosin:  I’m very petite as well, 5 foot even and 100lbs. Those shapewears things do nothing for me either, but add inches. Have you thought about trying a corset? I mean a true corset? I love them! However, they take some time to get use to and you would not be able to wear it hours on end in the beginning. Don’t feel bad about a stomach pooch, we all have them. I’m exercise everyday and still have a pooch.

You look gorgeous, amazing what alterations can do. Love both the dresses, and they suit you so well!

I normally don’t like red wedding dresses but you look so good in yours. Congratulations. You made a very beautiful unique bride.
