I’m not really fan of either of them on you. Although, I think the Vera looks better on you than the Melissa.

Eh. I love most of vera wang, but whatever you were wearing looks messy!

they both look amazing on you! But I just love #1. It’s classic & flattering and I actually prefer the first belt (the original) than #2

@Lulume:  I am too and ended up with a modified A line/ball gown. Both dresses look good on you,  but I like the Vera so much better because I think it has that WOW factor the Melissa Sweet does not have.

ETA- i am looking at where the VW vs MS dresses hit you in the waist.  I really like where the VW one is hitting you.  It is elongating your torso and defining your small waist.  The MS is a bit to high waisted IMO.

Both dresses scream spring garden wedding to me. Not sure if that fits with the time of year that you are getting married. Just a thought.

Honestly? I think should try on more dresses. I’m not sure these dresses are the best choice. They both are very nice, but I think there are better ones.

    Good luck!

One  more suggestion: just try on a dress that’s not ballroom or A-line. Maybe it looks beautiful! You can’t compare wedding dresses with normal dresses. How many brides don’t  end up with a dress shape they never would have picked in the first place?

I can’t say no to a Vera, but definitely not in that colourway! The brown makes the dress look streaky/dirty. I can imagine it being really beautiful in ivory though.

The first dress is a bit ‘meh’…it’s nice enough but nothing special. Also, the embroidery on the skirt looks a bit…sparse, for want of a better word?
