I don’t think DB corporate doesn’t really stresses service.  They seem to stress selling.

Try calling another location, or call back and get the number for the district manager. Explain that you were told that you could exchange your dress in whatever the time frame was and now you are being told that they aren’t doing exchanges right now.

Which coming from someone who worked in the industry for a while at a different store…that doesn’t make sense. Why are they just not accepting exchanges right now? Who decides when a bride can exchange a dress and when they can’t?

Hope This Helps

Sorry to hear that 🙁 But it doesn’t surprise me.. I haven’t heard of a single good experience from visiting DB, at least from the one in my area.. other Bee’s have had luck there.. but it seems really hit or miss. Hope you can figure something out!

@penguinof3:  Maybe once it comes in and is all yours and you style it up (veil, accessories) you’ll love the current dress more. And you’ll love it when you remember it as the dress you wore when marrying the love of your life!

Show a picture of your dress now and the one you want!

Im going look in my notebook for DB’s corporate number that I have, you can call them and see what they tell you.

If they can’t do anything (the dress may be no longer sold by them, etc.) you could always sale it on Classifieds/Craigslist and stuff.

Don’t give up, go in person with your dress and be really nice about it. Good luck!
