It’ s a beautiful dress and it doesn’t look too terribly small but, I’m sure it is uncomfortable. You can definitly lose 15-20 by October.

dianeschuler2015:  I’m in the same boat – dress is too tight around my midsection and hips, and doesn’t zip all the way in the back. I was between sizes and the bridal consultant recommended I went with a size smaller, and now I totally regret listening.

Good motivation though – we can do it 🙂

I’m sure you can lose the weight, but I would go ahead and have them put in a corset back to save yourself some stress!

I’m in the same situation. I’ve gained almost 30 lbs since I bought my dress. Its not even close to zipping. Since the last time I tried it on I’ve lost 12 lbs. My wedding is September 12th so I’m busting my butt to lose the last of this weight. Just keep eating healthy, drink lots of water and stay active. You’ll be fine.

dianeschuler2015: my dress didn’t zip up all the way 2 months before my wedding. I cut my calories way back with two protein and veggie shakes & a chicken salad each day 3-4 days / week. the other days I ate sushi or sashimi for dinner and fruit or salad only for lunch.

My dress was too big so I had to buy cutlets and butt pads – totally doable!!

dianeschuler2015:  eh, I think you have plenty of time. it may be hooey, I have no idea, but maybe try one of those waist training corsets? you can get ’em on amazon for pretty cheap, and it might help in the right places, since you can’t exercise much right away.
