They are pretty similar. I think removing the broach (or even moving it to a different spot) and adding straps will make them different enough.
I actually don’t think it’s a problem that they’re too similar – they’re both gorgeous together! If you’re really concerned, removal of the brooch on the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses could be a possibility.
thanks! what do you think of a sparkly belt?
For you or the bridesmaids? My immediate instinct was that the Bridesmaid or Best Man would look great in sparkly belts, but then I was unsure if that would be too much (so I chose not to say anything). But I do think a sparkly belt would be a possible solution!
I think its sweet your dresses ‘go’ together!
I think she should add straps to her dress. A sash or belt with a little sparkle would look good on her dress without the brooch.
I think it is really cool how they’re similar! With the different colors though most people probably wouldn’t notice unless you’re standing next to each other. Obviously you will be for pictures, so if that bothers you I agree with adding straps and maybe a belt.
Personally, I think it is pretty sweet/cute that your dresses are similar, imo it’s a nice symbol of a mother and a daughter having this day together.. I wish I would have thought of this idea for my mom and me.. Might sneak it from you 😀
I personally think it’s really cute that you and your mom would wear similar dresses.
