It says to spot clean by hand so that is what I would do.  You could always talk to your dry cleaner and see what they think but I have heard horror stores about dry cleaners destroying dresses.

@princessggg:  what material is?? Silk ? Polyester ? I worked in a procfesional cleaner for 4 years and know a lot about cleaning e wedding gowns , I used to clean the my self . You will be surprise to know that 90% of the clothing tag that said dry clean can be machine or hand wash !

@princessggg:  I see the picture!! 100 % polyester !! That can be washable , the only reason why said not to dry clean is because it probably has some beading and detail and those can melt with dry cleaning ! If you take it to a cleaner it most likely be wash in a industrial washer and hang out to dry !! my sottero and midgley Adorae was polyester and I washed my self in a industrial washer and I was perfect after cleaning!

@princessggg the cleaners will have a industrial washer machine they are just like regular washer machine just bigger ! Since the dress needs a bigger machine to be wash to make sure that the beading doesnt fall of and to not get the dress to wrinkle  , and to take make off my boss and I used plain warn water and soap and if the Stains were very bad you will need to washed after spot clean the dress , spray and wash also works very well !!
