I don’t think it looks obnoxious.  If the fabric is very stretchy it may well accomodate your bump.  You can always try it on a little closer to the day to make sure.  What about a lacey camisole if you are worried about the neckline being too low?

I like it like you said id tack the front a little but … Not to be weird but I can only hope to have a baby bump that looks as adorable on you one day lol

yeah go for it. I favour showing off one’s pregnancy and you won’t be that much bigger in 6 weeks.

I really like it. I think it shows off your baby bump beautifully ๐Ÿ™‚

I think it looks very nice on you, but depending on how much your bump grows, it might not work in 6 weeks. I found that in the span between early and mid second trimester, real maternity clothes became necessary because all my tops were too short in the front. If the dress is really stretchy it can probably accomodate the bump, but it might pull up higher in the front (probably not the look you’re going for).

I would say it will probably still work.  The style is similar to a maternity dress I bought for the weddings I had to attend this summer/fall, (of course, I found out I was pregnant right after I bought a non-maternity dress to wear, and there was no way THAT dress was going to fit over a baby bump!  lol).  It really depends on how much you grow between now and then, though, and that varies from person to person.  Like a PP said, it might cause the dress to pull up in the front if your bump grows a lot.

I love it! I’m also 19 weeks right now & I’d want to wear it. Also, I wish my bump were as cute as yours… it’s funny how different women at the same stage can look. I just look like a blob right now. ๐Ÿ™‚

You look so cute in that dress, definitely wear it to the wedding as long as it still fits.

You look very cute, but I’d be afraid that it will look quite different in 6 weeks.  I love embracing the bump, so if it doesn’t start riding up too much, I say go for it!

I love the dress and its super cute on but I would try to have something in mind as a back up just in case.  Im 26 weeks today and let me tell you the difference in me from 19 weeks and 25 was HUGE! they dont kid when you say you “pop”.  I would be worried that even if it is really streachy that there would be alot of ripples and pulled really thin.  But everyone is different and grow in different ways you may not have as big of a change as I did.  I took last week off work (week 24-25) and when I came back sunday morning my co-workers were in shock.
