Of the two dresses, I think #1 looks better.
However, it looks like you have a nice body that isn’t really showcased by either dress very well. I think you could do better than both of these, so I wouldn’t buy either and keep looking for something more flattering to your shape and personal style.

I feel like#1 is more suited fir a garden wedding and the second one a beach wedding. But one thing i can say from personal experience. Go with what you want and not anyone else. It took me a pricey 4 dresses to learn that lesson. You will know its the one when you don’t care about anyone else’s opinion. Happy hunting.

The first one is stunning! The second is cute, but it’s been done before, you know?

Honestly the second dress does absolutely nothing for your figure.

You look great in the first dress!!! Believe me!

I love the first, it’s totally my style. But if it’s not your style that’s ok. I think you can do better than the second one though, maybe keep looking?

It looks like you have a lovely slim wasit but the 2nd dress doesn’t highlight that at all, I appriciate you have been clipped into it and would need alterations. The first dress to me (the skirt pasrt) looks unfinished. My vote goes to number 2 but with adjustments to really make the most of yoiur lovely figure.

The first one looks infinitely better.

The first one looks great on you, but you have to love it. The second one is meh. I would keep shopping.

I was going to vote for number one but I actually think you should keep looking. Did you try any other designers on or just the Watters gowns? I think the first one looks incredible on but it is a style I like and gravitate towards and it is a more universally liked and more “bridal” style. I don’t like number two as a dress but I do like the style on you and I do think it’s flattering. The back is absolutely gorgeous with your hair like that. I’m not a fan of the lace or the split. I think if you kept looking you could find something even more gorgeous in that shape. If that shape feels like you stop trying on others and narrow your search to avoid confusion, this will also stop pesky relatives giving non-relevant opinions! I’ve found that most of the Watters brands don’t offer as much structure in their gowns so maybe if your mum could see you in a dress that had a bit more structure to the bodice but still have a low back and flowy bottom she may like the style better?

I think the silhouette of the second looks great, but I find the bust/neckline seems very harsh. Perhaps they make the dress with a white lace over a champagne lining? Or you might try a similar shape dress with a more open lace or illusion neckline. Maybe it’s the lighting, but I feel like the V of your V-neck is too plain.
