If you ordered in march when would the dress come in?

@kjaimez:  The link for Allure won’t work for me, love the Maggie although I think it really depends how they look on YOU.

If the Allure came in March that still gives you 7 months to order and have alterations. I’m pretty sure most dresses can be ordered with that amount of time. (Mine arrived in 3 months). However, if that still concerns you, Allure has quite a bit of dresses that look pretty much identical to the 9019 that aren’t as “new” so most stores will probably have them. Check our their website…

@IzzyBear:  I think she’s trying to say that the store won’t get the dress until february or march for her to try it on.

Is there somewhere else you can go to try them on?

I actually have this Maggie in the plain Bronwyn (with the keyhole back), so I’m a little partial 🙂  I will say it’s the MOST comfortable dress I’d tried on.  So comfy.

@MeiFrancis:  I understood that, which is why I said 7 months is enough time to have it ordered, come in, and have alterations. (4-5 months for the dress to arrive and about 1.5 months for alterations-honestly alterations shouldn’t take that long. It always kills me they say it takes 2+ months). But like I said, that might make her uncomfortable so I suggested looking at other Allure dresses since they do have several that are pretty much identical from earlier collections.

@kjaimez:  OMG!!! Allure is having a trunk show at “Atlas Bridal Shop” in Toledo, OH this week (until Jan. 6th)!! Maybe they will have it there and you could also get a discount.

@MeiFrancis:  it’s all good. I hope she sees my comment about the trunk show. I thought I’d look it up in hopes there’d be one near her soon and there’s one where she lives right now! What are the odds? Haha
