First Dress I tried on. I went to Kleinfeld once, tried on 5 dresses and bought the first one I tried on. It’s Sottero & Midgely Anita.
I really only tried on A Lines and Ball Gowns because I’m a severe pear. I kind of wish I did just see what I looked like in a mermaid.

The first dress I tried on (that I actually have a picture of) was at the insistence of my mom. It REALLY wasn’t my style, but I did it to placate her. Trying it on just confirmed my suspicions: Big bows are not for me. Ironically while this was my least favorite dress, it was also the most expensive one I tried on:

I don’t have a picture of it, but the first dress I tried is the first dress I bought. I felt rushed into buying it, so unfortunately it fell victim to dress regret.

I bought the very first dress I saw on the rack and the very first dress I tried on. I keep thinking that maybe I jumped the gun, but I just knew it as soon as I saw it. I did try on a few others, but kept comparing them to the first.
This is the sample I tried on (And it was actually my size too!). Mine is in and waiting for alterations. I want to get the top taken in as much as possible…because I just don’t quite fill it out. And mine is poofier and brighter than the sample (I suppose they start to lose their newness after being tried on so often).

omg.. I LOVE the dress you chose. Who is the designer? Is that rude to ask? I’m sorry, it’s just absolutely beautiful and I love the dots.. so fun!

This was the first dress that I tried on and I really thought it was going to be the one…but I really wanted a longer train and the lace was too sparkley for me.

I can’t exactly remeber the VERY first dress I tried on because I wasn’t engaged yet when I tried the dresses on but the boutique was closing soon and I received an invite to come check out their deals. But this was the first one as far as I can remember.. The Maggie Sottero Margot in french vanilla color. Still love this dress. Didn’t get it that day and the store called me and told me they sold it to another bride:
And this is the dress I bought and wore on my wedding day:

Thank you!! Rivini is the designer…and the dots are all sparkles! Camera pics don’t quite capture all the sparkle 🙂
