This company kept me waiting 6 months for my dress and kept giving excuses all the time for non delivery. When I asked for refund they wanted to keep half of the money for “expenses etc”. I contacted Hong Kong Consumer Affairs and they sent Dressale a letter. i also sent an email to Dressale saying I had been advised to take legal action if I did not receive my money. In 3 days I got the full refund.
