The veil I wore for my ceremony was super heavy with beading and it was also pretty short. Since I knew I wanted a big windy veil shot, I brought an extra “stunt veil”

The wind definitely cooperated – it was gusting up to 30 MPH

teamroro :  I need to make my way out there one day, I have  been to B.C. and got to see some glacier lakes there, but Banff and Lake Louise are on the bucket list for sure

Your dress is so be beautiful @dogmom91! My dress was not billowy in the slightest but I did have a cathedral veil! Unfortunately it was not windy on our wedding day so we had to contrive these “veil blowing in the wind” looks but I think they turned out ok!

My veil was floor length and this is my absolute favorite shot of it blowing in the wind, hugging my new husband. 

I thought it looked cool in this solo shot as well.
