automaticflowers :  I am the EXACT same size and shape as you are. and let me put your worries to rest. you will find a dress. I dont have a pic to share, very sorry. here is my story… went to a local shop. very limited plus size gowns. the sales girl has many years experience and helps me find a dress from a catalog! talk about terrifing. I ordered a $1200 dress from a catalog pic and the advice of a stranger. OMG was she ever on point. its slightly poofy A-line with strong boning, a lace overlay of a sweetheart top so i have something on my shoulders and to provide modesty to my large chest. got it in and have only done the initial fitting, go back in a week for 2nd fitting. my tummy is completely hidden, my breasts are supported and dont have to wear a bra and i really feel like I can move. but what really stunned me is how this dress slimmed me. the A-line layed flat and smooth. I really found myself getting choked up as she was hemming this dress and i was forced to stand there looking at myself in the mirror for what seemed forever. I thought ‘wow, i really look beautiful’.

so i promise you, you will find a dress and you will look amazing.

I made the mistake of going with a strapless, fitted gown. I tried it on many times and loved it each time, so I was sure it was the dress. The corset made me look like I had a really small waist…however…when the photos came around I realized that throught the course of the night it lost all shape, making me look prego!!! Horrible. I hate the pictures. If I could do it again I’d go with an A-line/princess dress.
