I think she’s just got to get out there and try stuff on! My mom got her dress at an upscale second hand store Laughing

My mo is having her dress made actually. When found a dress maker in our town and she is making my mom and my Maid/Matron of Honor. It was a way to cut down on cost (goodbye alternation cost!) and to get something that they like. Is that something that you might like?

We are having a beach wedding too!

My mom tried on this she is on and it was a top contender (but in navy blue) while I was at a salon I saw several ladies all different shapes and sizes and they looked amazing in it. Lace dress  I have seen it in blush and navy as well.Umm my mom didn’t go with this because she wanted something softer and she is young (40s) thought it made her look older and YOU might now want her in something like this since you are wearing lace…

She also loved this the bottom is SUPER lightweight and comfortable …..and the skirt is stunning reflects different shades of blue when you walk,,,she didn’t get this because she didn;t like the idea of black for a beach wedding.

In the end, she opted for a chiffon and flowy dress isntead. She bought it at a bridal salon but if you are on a budget I say look at local stores first.

At the same bridal shop where the bridemaids gowns are being ordered. We pulled up to the store the other day, for an appointment to get the bridesmaids measured. Mom pointed to a gown in the window and said “how about I get a gown like that?” She looked fabulous in it, despite the big clips down the back . It’s a Mori Lee VM and doesn’t look like a traditional MOB gown at all.
