I am 5″3.5 and I am wearing 3″ heels for my wedding and am also wearing them here.

The waist and hips is still large as I had to order up in sizes to accomodate ma boobies.  When I have it altered to fit properly the fit and flare will be much more pronounced.

I’m 5’2″ and I’ll be wearing 3 1/2 inch shoes.  Even though I’m petite, I didn’t think the ballgowns were too much dress for my frame.  And my dress has built in cups, so my bust looks much bigger than in real life.  Score!

I’m 4’9 and I didn’t have a very hard time finding a dress. I actually found my dress on the second day of dress shopping. Here are pics of my dress.

I’m 5’3″ and was wearing about 2″ heels…. as you can see I don’t lack in the curves department! I felt like the sheath/mermaid/fit and flare styles suited my body type and height better than poofy ballgowns

I’m 5″ even with a tiny chest & an ample bottom. I had so much trouble finding a dress that didn’t make me look even smaller up top/bring unnecessary attention down below. I eventually found Casablanca 2010. I’m adding some lacy off the shoulder straps and modifying the neckline to be a slight sweetheart. I’m hoping it ends up looking even better than I’m imagining once it finally comes in.

Don’t mind the face. I must have been really excited 🙂

I’ve also decided to embrace my shortness and rock some fantastic flats, partly because I’m not the most graceful in heels and partly (really mostly) because I love the way I fit just below my SO’s chin when I hug him – which I know I’m going to do a lot.

I am 5’2 with D cup breast size ( an issue when seeking a dress)  and this dress has no train. I love it and think my chest looks smaller in a good way in this dress! The dress has firm cups already formed in the bodice. I may have them leave extra fabric in the back when they hem it  to substitute for lack of train.

I’m 5′, but I have some curves.  Wearing 4 inch heels in this picture.  I chose a slim A-line gown.

@wings123:  what designer/style are you wearing, I am trying to fix my dress to fit like this? would you say its a modified a-line/fit and flare?? are you wearing crinoline underneath??
