I can’t say from experience, I’m still dress shopping myself, but I haven’t heard to many good things about dressilyme. Id probably wait for someone more familiar with dressilyme to answer your question, but in the meantime I just thought I’d tell you how much I love that dress you picked out 🙂

Edited for my stupid incorrect autocorrecting.. Lol.

I think they always tell people to expect that the replica dress won’t be exactly like the original. It isn’t really possible to produce an exact copy when they don’t have the original designer’s patterns and might not be able to use the same materials. You definitely have to go into this expecting that you’ll get a dress that will probably be very nice for a good price, but not necessarily exactly like the original.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews of dressilyme. It seems like most people are happy with their dresses, but I have seen some disappointed reviews too. If I were you, I’d definitely insist on getting mid-production photos from them to improve the chances you’ll be happy with what you get. Sometimes they will tell people they can’t do it but then I’ve seen that some people have been able to talk them into doing it.

@asea_mae:  I would also suggest getting mid production photos.  But I am not sure if Dressilyme gives you this option.  Jasmines Bridal Shop does but they are slightly more expensive.  They give you a different customer service experience.

But really, remember you are paying a fraction of the price, it cannot be exactly 100% the same regardless which company you choose.  Both Dressilyme and Jasmines have overall a great reputation.

You can always ask for fabric samples.
