    My instinct is that you should let him go with the dark navy tux!  It is a little on the formal side for what you have planned, but you are the bride and he is the groom!  I think he’ll look just stellar and it will be totally fun!

    i’d be ok with him wearing navy if he prefers it.  but (it’s probably just me) i haaaate short sleeved dress shirts.  i think they look nerdy haha. i know it’ll be hot in texas, but i’d ask him to roll up the sleeves if he gets too warm. so i didn’t vote in the poll.

    I don’t like short sleeved dress shirts. I think they look dorky.

    I’d go with gray pants (navy if he insists). Maybe you can get him in a vest?

    I think he’ll be overdressed in a tux because of the casualness of your dress.  I’d go with navy pants, long sleeved dress shirt, and a tie.  No short sleeved dress shirts!
