I remember seeing some at Costco recently for maybe around $20 each.  They were made of glass and pretty nice.  I was tempted to buy them just to have them for special occasions.  It might be worth it to take a look if you’re around a Costco and know someone with a membership.

Bed Bath and Beyond also has them for $20–plus they always have those 20% off coupons!

I have seen them at Bed Bath and Beyond as well and also I purchased one at Big Lots.

i got my glass one for $30m at costco. they also have some on the bed bath and beyond website for the same price, although it is more like a heay plastic than a glass. still, it holds 3 gallons, which you cannot beat.

If you decide that you/your guests can handle a ladle instead of a spigot that price goes WAY down! 

I got my 2 gallon jars at Target for $13.50 a piece!  They’re called Heritage Hills Jars and while they’re not available online I had no trouble picking them up in store.  Plus, that way there’s no shipping!
