1oz vodka; 1/2oz melon liqueur; 4-5oz pomegranate juice.  shaken with ice. serve with a lemon twist.

the melon liqueur will make it fruity but the pomegranate and lemon twist will take away a lot of the sweetness.

you can interchange the melon liqueur for mango liqueur.  i made these just last weekend for a party.

If you want something light and fruit, think about serving sangria! Orrr, you could have a mimosa bar, with champagne and options of fruit juices and little garnishes.

Sangria can be served in pretty glass drink dispensers (this pic shows lemonade but you could easily substitute sangria):

So far our specialty cocktail list is:

Blueberry Pomegranate Mojito

Blue Lagoon (like a pina colada, but on the rocks and bright blue)

Bloody Mary

Southern California Spritzer

But I am still hoping to find a few more drinks!

What about something with grapefruit soda?  Izze makes an AWESOME one, and it would be delicious mixed with vodka…omg it’s so good.  OR you could take that blood orange juice that comes in a can and mix it with seltzer and vodka.  Yum.
