I need help deciding on a beverage to serve at my reception. Neither my family or my FH’s family drinks so it will need to be non-alcoholic. We were thinking of serving Shirley Temples since this is our go-to drink whenever we head to vegas or out with friends.
We recently found out that we are not allowed to serve any kind of red drink at our venue. We are serving chocolate cake and cheesecake so I’m afraid to do somthing like lemonade. Do I have any choices left other that water?

what about iced tea? smoothies? juice drink varieties… like punch?

Something not too sweet because of your cakes, but I agree the lemonade won’t match.
White cranberry juice and gingerale?
Iced Tea with frozen cherries?
Iced Mocha Coffees?
Something with mango or cocount juice might be fun too. Looks like you’ll be having some fun experiments in your kitchen before the big day.

Ooh, white cranberry juice with gingerale is nice!
Or, N/A mojitos… muddled lime, mint soda water with a dash of sprite. Yummy!

Are any colored drinks out? Or just red? I found a website that has a ton of "mock-tail" recipies… my favorite is the Baby Bellini – just peach necter and sparkling cider! Here’s the website: http://cocktails.about.com/od/mocktailmocktail/Mocktail_Recipes.htm
