    @indecisivebee:  Definitely drop veil! If I were to do it all over again, I’d go drop veil! 🙂

    Is there a “best way” to wear a drop veil? Do you just pin it around the top of your head? I’d love to hear from someone who wore one. I’m considering it.

    A 2 tier veil will be gathered at the top and attached to a comb so you’ll have some pouf on top but a drop veil will have no pouf at all, it lays flat on the top of your head so it depends on what look you’re going for.

    A drop veil can either be attached on your head with a hat pin or bobby pin or you can have a comb sewn in…I think hatpin works best. You need to secure it to something though. You can’t just stick the hatpin thru your hair and expect it not to slide down. If you have your hair up or half up there’s something there to make it secure.

    I wore a drop veil and I loved it! It was Italian silk tulle and was so light and romantic. I loved it!

    @indecisivebee:  I did do a 2 tier veil, but I didn’t actually use the 2nd tier as a blusher. :/ Some photos:

    Can’t decide on a style but like the whole blusher thing!

    @indecisivebee:  My vote is a 2 tier but I like @pengoala:  didn’t wear mine as a blusher either …..I do like drop veils too so you really can’t go wrong either way!

    You can do a drop veil with a blusher (the comb is placed in the middle or there abouts) similar to Kate Middleton. I would have loved to do a drop veil like that but I also wanted a chapel length veil so decided to go with a two tier veil so that I could take the chapel length piece off for the reception.
