Dropping temps

naatalies :  It’s normal for temps to stay above the cover line after ovulation until shortly before, or day of your period.  Temps might fluctuate a bit up and down, and that doesn’t really mean anything.  Some people get another temp spike if they’re pregnant (but not always).

It’s really hard to say just looking at 4 DPO. My temps for the first two cycles I charted were kind of all over the place. The only discernible pattern was that my temps before ovulation were within a certain very general range and then after ovulation they were within a certain very general higher range, and then the day before AF, there is a dramatic drop. Have you had a chance to see how your current chart compares to your previous charts (if any)? Although I will say my current chart is looking much different than my first two charts, so I’m not even sure it would help to compare unless you’ve had consistent charts for many months and have a lot of data to look back on.
