(Closed) Dr.Sholls for her insoles? Has anyone tried them?

They are trimmable, so you just cut them down to the size that fits in your shoe.


I wear them, but never in heels that big, so I’m not much help. I find they are helpful for a few hours, but I still can’t wear them all day.

They do work BUT if your shoes are tight(ish) they will make them tighter possibly pinching the top of your foot and/or toes.

I would recommend a pad for the ball of your foot only as that is where the heel is putting all your weight. I believe Dr. Scholls makes those as well and many off brand companies as well. I don’t find my foot as squeeze with those.
