    Lily_of_the_valley :  it totally depends on your hair. my hair is super fine (though i do have a lot of it) and pin straight.  I’ve never been able to make it hold a curl at a hair dresser or using my own curling iron no matter how much spray/product I used, so I figured I’d try a dry bar for engagement photos.  See below for result.  I SWEAR I had gorgeous mermaid curls for the first 20 minutes after they were done.  Engagement photos were taken 6-7 hours after I got the blow out.  See for yourself.©_Samantha_Melanson_OConnor_Kuhlwein_E37

    I wouldn’t because I have all the similar equipment at home (curler, straightening iron) and can totally do it myself. I actually style my hair every 2 days because I need a polished look for work 😉
