@MsChandler:  if he SAW the dress, quoted you $40, then changed his mind after you told him it was a “wedding” dress, I would have walked right out, because obviously he doesn’t NEED to charge more to account for beading, layers, tulle, etc. 

He’s just being a scumbag, period. I wouldn’t support a businessman like that.

Everything is increased when you say the word wedding. I’ve come to terms with that.

@MsChandler: I bought a sample as well, and didn’t have it cleaned before I wore it on my wedding day – I don’t understand why you need it cleaned unless there are obivous dirt stains on it?
