I had something similar.  Drink a lot of water and dry different kinds of lotions, something will work for you.  Maybe also think about switching your current shower soap/body wash to Dove.

medela makes a lanolin salve for cracked nips that helped when i started nursing

I used the nipple cream too. You can ask the doctor for some during your next check up.

I’ve heard that Motherlove (motherslove?) is the best nipple cream- better than the lanolin. I know a few people who have been in your situation where the lanolin did nothing, but this one worked.

I have this going on right now but unfortunately it’s due to Clomid, not pregnancy! I have been using Aveeno lotion with the oatmeal in it and it’s really helping. Look into getting some!

Lanolin was a life saver for me! I was literally in tears because my nipples were hurting so badly! Two days of putting it on and they felt soo soo much better. Good luck 🙂

bag balm and but bandaids over them until they are better… sometimes rubbing on clothes or bras does it.


Glob on a ton of bag balm but bandages over them and keep doing it til they are better
