(Closed) dryer sheets when pre-washing?

@skibobrown:  yeah, I’m pretty sure. Like, we’re supposed to wipe down the dryer with vinegar or something to remove the residue first too. My Darling Husband is going to be sad about the dryer sheets too! I haven’t had the heart to break it to him. 🙂

We use dryer balls, but I usually throw in some Mrs. Meyers lavender sheets for our own clothes, but baby clothes/blankets/washcloths, I’ve stuck to dryer balls only.  But hubby’s whole family has sensitive skin and eczema issues so we’re trying to be pretty careful regarding any irritating scents or chemicals when it comes to the baby clothes.

As someone else mentioned, white vinegar is a great all-around add during the wash cycle – I just dump it in at the beginning with the water and clothes.  I buy it by the case at costco 🙂
