    Not sure what a dual plate is, or what it has to do with escort cards… but I’ll vote anyway!

    I dont eat pork or red meat, so I’m not a fan of dual entrees. I usually make FH swap with me so I dont leave starving. However, I voted for the shrimp and mixed field green salad. Goat cheese can be really hit or miss with people.

    I chose the Steak au Poivre & Crab stuffed shrimp with the baby spinach salad, mostly because I think it would appeal to the masses yet isn’t something that guests enjoy as an every day meal.  Honestly though, any of the choices sound great.

    I picked the first option and the last option.  I’m starving and I so wish I was having these choices for dinner!

    Personally, I’m not a fan of fruit and sweet stuff on salad, so I picked the last salad. I chose the first entree, but the steak and chicken combo also sounds delicious.

    The beef/pork choice seems strange to me – both are super savory and very “meaty” …

    I’d personally ask them to do the filet with the crab stuffed shrimp instead of choices #1 and #2.

    Hmm well I don’t eat mammal based meats so I’m presonally not a fan of dual plates.  they always leave me starving because I don’t even like the meat juices touching the rest of the food.  So I chose the chicken and crab option.  Whatever you choose, I would just make sure people know what is included in the plate so picky eaters like myself can request the veggie entree.

    @SimplyMrsC:

    I like the first one, because it’s a nice surf & turf combo. However, I am a sucker for pork (pork n apples…YUM) so I like that one too. I’m getting hungry at work now, not good!

    I picked the chicken & sirloin. Sounds yummy! Also, there are a lot of people who are allergic to shellfish (usually includes crab, shrimp, or lobster). That’s the only reason I didn’t choose it.

    I think you’ll have to decide whether to choose the food for the guests or for yourself.  For example, I love spinach salads.  LOVE them.  But I know a total of 3 people that also love them.  The rest won’t eat them.  So…we decided to go with a house salad instead.
