From what I’ve read, it works amazingly as long as you stick to it religiously. I’m tempted, but I’m a vegetarian so it’d be difficult. Plus…absolutely no alcohol? Lol. No thanks! (Wow, that makes me sounds like a total party animal and I’m really not!)

I don’t really know anything about it, but I know my cousin has been doing it and she’s happy with the way it’s going!

You start with the ‘attack phase’ don’t you – just protein. Then gradually introduce some veggies, then eventually can sort of go back to normal life? I’d just worry I’d lose loads quickly then put it all back on (and then some) and have to do it all again! (But I’m a yo-yoer)

My dad just finished the first phase of all protein and is on to the second phase.  I know it’s working for him so far!

I have been on Dukan since October 2011.  It’s been 5 months and I have lost 35lbs (abour 15kgs).

I have not been sticking to it the last 3months, so most of my weight lost (about 30lbs, was during the first 2months.  It works and even if you do cheat, as long as you go back to the diet immediately, it is very forgiving and you make up for it quickly.

I am getting married in August, and want to lose another 25-30lbs.  I have been lacking motivation, but going for my first dress appointment tomorrow.

Pretty sure I will have all the motivation needed once that is over!!!

It is truly one of the easier diets I have been on AND you are NEVER hungry.  Give it a try.  If you can make it through the pure protein phase, you should be able to complete it with no problem…

Oh and when I DON’T cheat, I lose up to 5lbs a week!!!

Good luck!!
