I didn’t do a toss, and I didn’t wear one. I almost wore one because I saw one that I thought was really pretty, but it was expensive, so I didn’t. It’s completely up to you 🙂

I think it’s your choice. I’m not doing a toss, but I’m wearing one that my mom’s making me.

I don’t see why it would matter, and nobody would know you weren’t wearing one even if it did!

Its up to you. You can just wear one for your husband to take off at the end of the night.

Nah, I wore one cause my mom bought me a cheesy fun one to wear, but no one saw it (except for a few pictures) since I didn’t do a toss.

You don’t need to if you’re not doing the garter toss. I’m traditional and I need the “something new, old, borrowed, and blue.” Am thinking my garter will be blue and am definitely not doing the garter toss at my wedding.

We’re not doing the toss either, and I probably won’t wear one!  I feel like it’ll be itchy and I’ll be hiking it up all night!

Its up to you. I’m not doing a garter toss either but I am wearing one for my future husband. He’s very country so I’m wearing a camo garter just for his amusement. No one else will see it except us, though. (unless we take a few pictures)

@Stammie16: Nope. If you’re not doing a toss, no one will even know about it if you have one on up there. I sorta hate the idea of garters in general and just KNOW it would bother me that my one leg had a strap on it while my other didn’t and I’d be so worried about it slipping down while I was dancing haha!

@bearlove: I was just thinking the same thing! If there’s no toss, you’ll just have that annoying thing chafin’ your leg and won’t remember until you take your dress off later that night! I don’t want to do the toss, so I’m nixing the whole thing.
